The main reasons for the carbonization and even temperature phenomenon of hot melt adhesive are: the plastic box is too high, the temperature control fails, the actual temperature is lower than the display temperature, or the temperature is much higher than the display temperature, the hot melt adhesive layer on the surface of the hot melt adhesive box is carbonized, and the glue itself has poor thermal stability.
There are two different types of hot melt adhesives in the glue box of the laminating machine. In view of the above reasons, we need students to have the following aspects in the daily use of glue: the glue temperature setting can be in accordance with the technical parameter values of the relevant regulations. When there are abnormal behaviors such as carbonization, check the difference between the temperature control and the actual working temperature. The lid of the glue box is closed at any time, which is enough to affect the high-temperature hot melt adhesive on the surface. Direct contact with fresh air accelerates oxidation. When using glue for a long time and in small quantities, the amount of hot melt adhesive added in the glue box should not be too much. Multiple additions between half and half are sufficient. The hot melt adhesive that can no longer be repeatedly heated for a long time is cleaned out and replaced with new glue. Don't use hot melt adhesives of different social natures because of the other two methods.
